Big news: Mark Stodola could win the mayor’s race without a runoff. He has 48 percent in early voting, to 26 for Barbara Graves and 17 percent for Bill Walker, with Jesse Mason picking up less than 9..

The Democrat, Barry Hyde, is leading in the open House seat in North Little Rock and Democratic incumbent JP Kathy Lewison has a narrow lead in early voting to hold onto her Quorum Court seat against Allen Kerr, a Republican.
