Zogby has a new edition of his Wall Street Journal battleground polling out. It continues to put Mike Beebe ahead -- 45.7 to 43 over A$a Hutchinson in the race for governor, within the 4.2 percent margin of error and a hair narrower than a 3.3-point edge in the edition two weeks ago.
A key difference this time: The polling includes Green Partycandidate Jim Lendall, who picked up 4 points, significant if it comes at Beebe's expense. That's conventional wisdom about Lendall appeal, though not what pollsters Ernie and Zoe Oakleaf found when they added both Lendall and independent Rod Bryan to their polling. They drew from both camps. As best we can tell at first glance, WSJ polling didn't include Bryan..
