The Paron high school
may be gone, but its lawyers linger on. They filed a motion in circuit court Friday contending Circuit Judge Jay Moody had not resolved their constitutional claim in the case in dissolving a restraining order and holding that the state Board of Education had met the administrative procedures act in approving closure of the high school by the Bryant School Board. Sounds like they want to continue to lititgate their novel argument that a long bus ride violates the Lake View's decision requirement of an adequate education. The diehard and certainly fruitless struggle surely isn't intended to keep the issue alive for political purposes through November. Surely.
