Stephens Media reports, including protests from the governor that favors provided by Suhl, like a recent jet flight for a political appearance, have no influence on the millions Suhl is making off state contracts. Perhaps not. But scant oversight, questionable admission policies, and exploding costs have to make you wonder about the administration gatekeepers.
