The city of Little Rock Tuesday reissued a permit to Arkansas Riverview Development to continue work on its mixed use commercial/condo on Markham Street east of the Doubletree Hotel.

The city had withdrawn the permit for the work, which is remodeling and adding floors to the former Arkansas Bar Foundation offices, saying developers had not gotten permission to build in the airspace over Garland Street.

City Manager Bruce Moore said federal Judge Leon Holmes granted the developers a temporary injunction against the city to allow construction to continue but would expedite hearings on the airspace issue.
