The Faded Rose on Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock will be ready to reopen on Oct. 19, according to owner Ed David. The restaurant was damaged by fire earlier in the summer.
The venerable Oyster Bar at Stifft Station on West Markham Street in Little Rock has undergone a menu reworking for the first time in about 15 years, the management tells us. Crab claws, grilled red snapper, marinated cucumber salad and changing specials have been added to the lineup, and Saturday now features a “summer platter” that includes boiled shrimp with Cajun corn and potatoes.
