Passing by the old Twin Arch motel on North College the other day, it occurred to me what a massive – and I mean really, really massive – headache it would be not only for traffic in general for but for anyone who chooses to occupy the space where the old motel once stood.

If location, location, location is everything in real estate, then the traffic situation on that part of North College would duck, suck, suck.

But what do I know? I just look at stuff and wonder about possibilities. Who knows? Maybe driving on that part of North College will somehow become so much better, once the Twin Arch’s replacement is built.

Yeah . . .
