The ACLU of Arkansas, which participated in the successful challenge of Sen. Jason Rapert’s bill to ban most abortions at 12 weeks, posted on its Facebook page a picture of the payment of attorney fees by the state medical board and vowed to use it for future lawsuits.

Other lawsuits are pending and likely. Rapert and Co. don’t respect law or Constitution.

I wonder if there might be more money coming in this case. At last report, Attorney General Leslie Rutledge had said she hadn’t decided on a U.S. Supreme Court appeal of the case, though it would be as sure a loser at it was at every stage of the process so far.
