From the Pulaski County sheriff’s office:

The headcount at the PCRDF [Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility] was 1,281 this morning (funded capacity of 1,210). Per Sheriff Holladay, the PCRDF will close tomorrow at noon. I will inform you when it re-opens.

The special session this week is to provide $6.2 million to open additional room in the state prisons and the county facility.
