Authorities are looking for Terrell Holloway, 9, who hasn’t been seen since 5:40 p.m. Monday. Initial police reports said the case was considered a runaway, not foul play. But after a cold night he has still not been located. Police said he came home, took off a jacket  and ran away from 1918 Spring Street. He was wearing khaki  pants, a red shirt, red jacket, red-and-white shoes and a red cap with the word Chicago. The State Police have issued an alert for the child.

The LRPD used search dogs this morning, but so far haven’t found the boy.
