From the State Police:
An arrest has been made tonight (Saturday, December 8th) in connection with the murders of an Arkadelphia man and his two step-daughters.
Riakos Lizana,19, of Arkadelphia was taken into custody about 9:30 PM at an Arkadelphia apartment complex.
Special Agents of the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division and officers of the Arkadelphia Police Department and Clark County Sheriff’s deputies have worked non-stop in their investigation since the murders were reported Thursday night (December 6th).
Bobby Jean Galbraith, 40, Adiele Crutchfield, six and her sister, Marley Crutchfield, four, were found dead inside their home at 1032 South 11th Street.
Anna Galbraith, the mother of the girls, called police about 8:10 PM after returning home and finding her husband dead. When local officers entered the home they found a six-month old girl who was still alive. The child is reported to be the biological daughter of the Galbraith’s. The infant had not been harmed.
Lizana was arrested on a warrant for capital murder. No further information is expected to be released in the investigation until a first appearance hearing next week.
