From the Little Rock police this morning:

* ROBBERY: A 24-year-old Louisiana man was robbed of his car, phone and wallet shortly after he parked his 29092 Pontiac Firebird in the parking lot at Markham and Scott Streets across from the Statehouse Convention Center about 7:30 p.m. Friday. A gunman got out of another car after he parked and told him to lie on the ground after handing over his keys, wallet and phone. The man’s phone had a tracking application and that led police to finding the car at an apartment complex on 51st Street, but no suspects were found.
