Jon Brawner, the man who prompted an extensive and expensive fruitless search by Little Rock police for the body of missing constructive company executive John Glasgow, was sentenced today to 10 years in prison for violating a protection order and stalking his ex-wife. The Log Cabin Democrat in Conway has the details.

Other complications linger about Brawner, but based on the record, I’d say the less said the better. We’ll never know if things would have turned out differently for Brawner had his tip about Glasgow panned out. The prosecutor says he’d have asked for the maximum on Brawner regardless.
