Jeff Nichols, the Arkansas-born filmmaker whose sophomore effort “Take Shelter” won the Critics’ Week grand prize at the Cannes Film Festival this year, is bringing the production of his third film home, and producers are looking to cast a teenage boy and girl from Arkansas, along with around 400 extras, actors and stand-ins.
